The 82mm outer frame gives a substantial presence and internal depth that mirrors the proportions of real wood joinery.

The flush finish moulded internal detail, and authentic timber-look joints have been meticulously engineered to give the same texture and appearance as solid timber — without the maintenance that comes with it.

The Aluminium Midrail — Strength Where It Matters

At the heart of this design lies one of its most important differences: a midrail made from aluminium rather than uPVC.

This section of the door takes the greatest load and stress, so we engineered it in metal for lasting rigidity and superior fixing strength. The 190mm midrail not only mirrors the proportions of a true timber design but also delivers the reassuring solidity and weighted feel that defines quality joinery.
