These customers came to our approved installer Rococo to discuss the best way to replace their windows. The timber windows on their house in Fair Oak, Hampshire, were rotten beyond repair and the house was suffering as a result but the customers were reluctant to replace the windows with standard white uPVC as they wanted to preserve the character of their home.

As a result, they turned to our products here at Evolution. After a showroom visit at Rococo they were very impressed with our wood effect windows and doors and worked with our partners to finalise the design.

The final design of these wood effect windows for this Fair Oak house called for the installation of our Storm windows, detailed with Georgian bars, which were then partnered with a wood effect front door and French doors. In order to ensure that the character and charm of the property was maintained the customers detailed the windows and doors with cast iron furniture such as a beautiful knocker on the front door.

The customers are extremely happy with the overall result and they have not only managed to replace their original windows and doors with wood effect uPVC windows and doors that suit the house but have also reduced their maintenance and increased the thermal efficiency of their home.
