We manufacture a 70mm internally glazed PVCu profile and currently have a rolling capacity of 500 frames per week.

We have 2 dedicated Georgian bar lines where our specialist craftsmen hand finish each individual product which they then put into a 24 hour holding bay to allow for the final curing process.

Each product carries it’s own unique identity number so that it can be easily traced through our system at any time, even back to the individual person who made it.

Our despatch department ensure that all products go through an extensive 24 point quality control check before they can finally be carefully packaged and loaded onto our own transport fleet ready for delivery.
